He has spoken at the NCAA Student-Athlete Education Symposium and delivered keynote addresses at the official launch of the 2007 ICC Cricket World Cup (Barbados) and the 2017 Barbados National Sports Council Awards.
Obadele has also been a facilitator and panelist at sports conferences and personal and leadership development events, including at ESPN’s 101 Career Panel Seminar, the Sports Lawyers Association Annual Conference, the University of the West Indies (Barbados), and to the West Indies Cricket Team.
